Where can I start? I had the absolute pleasure of working with Julie Reisner for the purchase and sale of my condo. Moving from another state isn't easy at all, especially if it's all new territory . Julie made herself available to accommodate my schedule on numerous occasions until we found the right one. Julie made the overall process smooth and the communication was top notch! Julie has a positive attitude and had no problem handling any last minute hiccups that could cause any delays for either party involved. Julie was extremely helpful with everything I could need to move right in & move right out. I plan to move again within the next couple years and Julie will be my go to for the sale of my current home and the purchase of my forever home. We decided to sell our home and purchase a new one at the same time, which is a little intimidating, but Julie made the process an absolute breeze. In addition to being knowledgeable beyond belief, Julie also was incredibly thoughtful and perceptive. She dealt with all the logistics and paperwork, but also answered my worried, late-night texts as well. She helped us manage showings and inspections with three pets, she negotiated with the all stars, and she even went as far as to install a basement handrail in the house we were purchasing to satisfy the VA. While other realtors might have been worried about a contingent double property sale and a VA loan, Julie was an absolute professional. I can't recommend her highly enough.
