Julie was AMAZING. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and pricing. From day one she rolled up her sleeves and dug in…. And I mean dug in. Cleaned, mopped, and loaded dumpster. She filled trucks with items for donation and actually drove them there! She found me an excellent lawyer and an estate sale company. Julie was easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions or needs. She was there for EVERY showing keeping an eye on everything. She also found me a painter and someone to tile the bathroom. I really can’t say enough about her. Highly, highly recommend. She got us a price way over asking price. Smooth and easy closing! I was not a fan of real estate agents but Julie really changed my mind. She is the absolute best!!

On very short notice, my girlfriend and I had to be moved out of our then current living situation. Julie took us under her wing and led us through the entire process. What would probably be a nerve-wrecking experience for first-time homeowners would be mitigated by Julie's easy-going approach to house-hunting, no doubt due to her years of experience achieving for us that which she has done for countless others.
