Throughout my home buying experience, my bank Veterans United assigned me a realtor to help me with the search and to guide me throughout the search. I never dealt with a realtor because I have always felt that their only concern was to sell houses without considering the purchasers home buying concerns. Well, I was wrong. Julie did not only show me houses, she guided me through the process of buying a house and was concerned with my well being and my families. She made sure to show me the houses she best believed fit my needs financially and spatially. Also, being that I was buying a home in NC and was living at the time in NY she kept me well informed throughout the whole process. If I have to look for another house there isn't any doubt in my mind that I would contact her again to begin my search. Finding a realtor who really cares about your home purchase the same way you do is hard to come by, so if you have the opportunity to work with Julie, know you're in good hands.
My Father recently passed away and, as Executrix, I had 3 of his properties needing to be sold. Julie did her homework to evaluate homes in the area that were comparable to his in order to get the best value proposition for our dollars. There were many emails, texts and phone calls of communication. Julie was spot on in responding even on weekends and late nights! We had a previous relationship with Julie where she sold a home to my (now) husband who moved from NJ to NC. Then, she handled the sale of my home in NC when I sold it and got married. I have not had a lot of experience with real estate transactions, but I have to say that if Julie if I had to define a standard for realtors, Julie would BE the standard. I don't know that I can properly articulate how great she was to work with. She was on top of all of the miscellaneous tasks that go along (or should go along) with buying a home. If she ran into a problem, she didn't just call with the news that something came off the rails, but she would provide possible solutions and timelines for getting things back on-track. She is the consummate professional, and in addition to being a great realtor, she is also just a really great person. You will enjoy working with her! In this rating scale of 1-5 stars, Julie is an 8!! You cannot go wrong with her.
