It was fantastic working with Julie! I am positive I would not have gotten so much out of that property if I hadn't been working with her. Julie were always attentive and responsive to the needs of the tenant while ensuring that only necessary improvements were approved without allowing the property to degrade at all. I had the utmost confidence in all the repairs and improvements that were done because she was so diligent in coordinating with other parties and in communicating with me. Tenant selection and turnover was never an issue during the time she was managing the property, and the sale could not have been smoother from my perspective. I am so glad I was able to work with Julie and I couldn't be happier about how everything has turned out!
