Julie is incredible! From day one she was willing and ready to help in any way she could, even tho the situation was a very difficult, unusual situation. She didn’t hesitate, nor did she “take her time”. She jumped in all the way and made the whole situation much easier for us. She knows her market very well, and with her expertise and knowledge she was able to help us get a home updated and sold in 4 months while we were 3 hours away in another state! Not only did it sell fast, she also got us top dollar and she stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process and she even closed as our attorney in fact on the home.
