About Julie

Julie Nims is thrilled to join forces with the oldest and most successful real estate powerhouse in the world, Coldwell Banker Realty, to lead Red Door Property Group. She comes from a long and varied line of real estate expertise from her childhood experience, going through the buying and selling process with her parents seven times before finishing school at The College of William Mary (Go Tribe!), to her work in real property tax lien investment, her time spent working closely with housing programs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and her years working in real estate sales. Her unique cocktail of experience lends her the expertise, resourcefulness, and an approach to the business that has led to her success working with a wide range of buyer and seller clients; from investors to first-time home buyers, to clients looking to buy or sell in the luxury market. When Julie is not working to help her clients achieve their real estate-related goals, she loves spending time in her garden, kayaking on the water, exploring the Lowcountry, bringing her newest investment property to life, and loving on her family (her husband, two daughters, two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, two Persian cats, and a guinea pig) at their home in Mt. Pleasant, SC, just outside of Downtown Charleston.
