I've heard many many stories about the pitfalls and headaches associated with buying or selling a house, but these things will only be stories if Julie Nguyen is your realtor. I am rarely impressed with someone's professionalism and attention to perfection like I am with Julie. She made my experience not only easy, but incredibly enjoyable, taking away the common stress of worrying about details and delays. She has mastered the skill of realty with the polished vernier of an expert. She helped us buy our house 4 years ago, and recently helped us sell our house for an offer I thought would be completely impossible. She literally took care of EVERYTHING, from paperwork, to updating the house, landscaping, contracting, and negotiation, with absolute confidence and proactive positivity. For the rest of my life I will go to her with my realty needs, and it would be impossible for me to recommend her any more HIGHLY. Julie is THE BEST.

Julie is a joy to work with. She is VERY responsive and knowledgeable. She thinks outside of the box and finds a way to get the deal done. I have used her for 4 deals now.
