Julie was instrumental in selling 2 of my homes after getting married, and locating and purchasing a new home in Belleair Beach. Not knowing much about the beach neighborhoods, Julie placed us right in one of the best areas as far as value, amenities, and proximity to exclusive access beaches. She steered us away from areas prone to flooding, and when Hurricane Eta came by in November 2020, our neighborhood was high and dry. There was never any doubt that she was always representing my best interests in both the sales and the purchase. I can cite numerous examples, but one that comes to mind was on the sale of one of the 2 houses, she negotiated a roof replacement that was flagged on the 4 point inspection down from $12,000 to $5000.
