Julie was a very good communicator, did an excellent job at putting people in the house for showings, and also had wonderful advertisement. In the entire time that Juli was the agent responsible for selling my house, I had more showings than I had ever had before. Lots of traffic was coming through my house during a very, very challenging market. In addition, Juli chose the best photographer who did an amazing job. She insured that everything looked really, really good Every time I had a showing, even if I wasn’t in town. She would show up early and clean or take care of things to make sure the house was optimal. We had multiple offers on this house in a very short amount of time all because of her hard work.
