Julie is the type of realtor you want on your team. Purchasing and selling a home, no matter the price, is an intense and stressful process. This can only feel more stressful when your realtor is not on the same page as you, which is not the experience you're going to receive with Julie by your side. We have purchased 2 homes with Julie and sold 1, and in each instance, Julie has been patient, understanding and always on our team. What sets Julie apart from other realtors is that she understands the delicate nature and decision-making process that goes on when considering a move; she realizes that when working with a couple, each person plays their own role in the relationship. For example, I prefer to be more hands on and in the weeds, and care more for certain aspects of the process while my husband would prefer to be kept in the loop at a high level and be brought in for the larger components. Julie understood this and really navigated through our individual comfort levels especially for the purchase of our most recent home (which took us over a year to find). While no process is perfect, working with Julie makes things a lot easier and more comfortable. In fact, we respect her opinion so much, we prefer her to be in every step of the process because she can offer unique points of views.
