It was a pleasure to work with Julie. She is knowledgeable about Auburn and the area. She always answered our questions and was very helpful.

Julie is a wonderful person! She helped me buy my house and six years later helped me sell my house. She has the best intentions for her clients, even when she is representing both seller and buyer, as she did when I bought my house. She listens and I never felt pressured, only assisted. Both processes were fast and smooth and when I sold I got more than other realtors were willing to list it for. She is a joy to work with, I just said ‘I don’t know what I’m doing and I need your help’, and that’s exactly what she does. Thank you Julie!!!

Julie was wonderful, she definitely had my best interests at heart. I wasn't working with a realtor, and her name was on the sign of the house I was interested in, so I called her up and she was happy to help me. She was very fair in representing me while also representing the seller. She recommended a great loan officer when mine exceeded the escrow time, and she made sure I didn't loose the house due to that hiccup. She made my first time home buying experience a great one, she made me feel comfortable and walked me through all the steps and offered great advise when I need it.

Julie is thoughtful and she would never want you to buy something without knowing everything about it. She cares about her clients! She even gave me a gift after we closed. So nice and so through.

Julie ROCKS!!!! From start to finish took 45days! How? Why? We were in a time crunch and Julie stepped up to the plate! I called , she always responded. I complained, she figured it out. I pushed, she followed. Together we saw many many houses in 15days. It didn't matter if I contacted her and said, " let's meet now!"......she made us her priority! Julie totally went out of her way to help us find and close escrow in time for us to move before our May wedding. If you need a GREAT agent, Julie McGuire is your agent! Julie helped my wife and I find a beautiful home. Initially looking for property, she was diligent and hard working in trying to find us some property to build on. Keeping our ideas in mind, she located a beautiful home with all the extras that we were looking for. Thus saving us the pure headache of attempting to build a home. She often went out of her way to accommodate or high maintenance needs, meeting us at the future house at least once or twice a week and answering redundant questions. Julie was extremely outgoing, easy to talk to and very professional. Based on my experience with her, I would highly recommend her to my friends, relatives and anyone else looking for a OUTSTANDING realtor. I will definitely be using her in the future!
