I reached out to Julie one evening to see if she was open to working with an investor like myself. We scheduled a call to see if we were a good fit, since not all realtors enjoy working with investors. Fortunately, we clicked right away, our communication was honest and transparent from the jump. After a few tries, we finally closed on a deal that aligned with what I was looking for. I handled the renovation, then gave Julie the listing to sell in a tough market. Thankfully her marketing was top notch. She sent out mailers, knocked on doors, created high-quality brochures, held open houses on both weekends and a weekday, along with making the photographer retake a video. Forgot to mention, her communication and negotiating skills were also excellent. I have nothing but positive things to say about Julie. I’m grateful she was open minded about working with an investor, and I look forward to doing more deals together in the future!
