If she was a realtor in the small town I bought house she would very quickly be the top agent in the town. most agents I talked to didn't seem to know all the rules it seems. She always had answers and would tell me when things were not write. I have had the pleasure to work with Julie as my agent on 3 Transactions. Julie has always performed above expectations and She is always very thorough and on top of all details. She quickly Gets to know you as a client and knows what you are wanting to do. With some of my difficulties she helped Navigate the problems protecting my interest as her client. If you want a realtor that will always act in your best interest and get you the most for your home and make the transaction a great experience she is the best. Working with Julie made the stressful task of selling my condo much easier. Julie was very knowledgeable about my condo community and the associated HOA. From the initial open house through closing she always had my best interests in mind. She also knew how to market my home and put the right sale price on it to sell quickly, which it did. I would highly recommend Julie as a very knowledgeable realtor.

Julie priced my property better then other agents quoted me. She was always extremely responsive. My house was listed and under contract in 12 days. Extensively Knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The price I got for my home was in line with what she had quoted me with, and higher then what other agents had quoted. It was such a pleasure to work with her she made selling my Home stress free.

We approached Julie a year before listing and realized then that she was an experienced professional, well versed in market trends and marketing skills. She listened carefully to our needs, made competent recommendations, and cared about our circumstances when we had to delay going on the market. A year later, we had no reservation about going with Julie and John L. Scott when we finally listed our much loved home. Julie made suggestions for how to best show our home, and a week later it was on market. She held an open house, and within 2 days we accepted an offer. Unfortunately the buyer backed out 5 days later. Julie held a second open house, and again we accepted an offer, but once again, the buyer broke contract. We were under a strict time-line to sell because of an out of state work relocation, so by this point, we felt really stressed. Julie's frequent communication and caring encouragement helped immensely. She held one more open house at our request, and the third time was a charm. Julie was very careful to ensure proper wording in the contract which saved us money, as the buyers agent was vague in initial contract wording. We would totally trust Julie to sell our home again. She was everything and more than we could have hoped for.
