My biggest challenge in the sale of my mother's home was preparing it for sale. The home was in original condition and needed new carpet, paint, tile work, landscaping update, and attention to a list of HOA items. Also, I had to remove a lot of stuff from the house. Because I live out-of-state I needed a lot of help getting this done. Julie handled almost of all of the details. She has a good rolodex of contractors, house cleaners, and trash haulers. She is responsive and very easy to work with.
