Julie exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She went above and beyond with helping us prep our house for photos/showing, making sure we had all information that we needed, and kept us informed and involved throughout the entire process. I really felt that she cared for us and was always on our side with our best interest in mind. She was excellent!

Julie was fabulous! She helped us every step of the way. When the home appraisal came in lower than what we had offered, she was able to get them to accept the lower offer. They balked at first and we thought we might lose the deal but with her ability to negotiate and willingness to listen they did accept the offer!
