Julie was and continues to be amazing. She listened to what we were looking for and what was important to us and showed us the properties available to us. I can't imagine using anyone but her when buying a home. We will be using her in the future if we decide to buy again.

My husband and I vacationed in Newport in May of 2017 and after another long, hot summer in Phoenix, AZ we decided enough was enough. We started our home search with Julie in October of 2017. She was super knowledgeable about the entire central coast area. She helped us get a list together so that I could fly out in late October to start looking at homes. Unfortunately, a couple days before I flew out Julie broke her poor ankle! She quickly got us set up with her colleague, Cathrine Magnuson to help show us around town and to look at the houses on our list. Catherine was amazing as well. So honest and so very nice (we’d absolutely recommend her, too). We had a wonderful 3 days with her looking at houses from Lincoln City to Waldport. We ended up seeing 14 houses total and ended up picking a lovely home in Depoe Bay, OR (the last house we saw, of course.) Julie was always just a quick phone call away and was able to answer a lot of my newbie questions since this was our first time buying a home. She listened through my anxious rants and gave me solid advice and answers on how to proceed. All in all it was a really easy process even though Julie was hobbling around for most of it! She was very quick thinking and smart and we had a pleasure working with her. I’d recommend her to my friends and family.

Julie has been wonderful - even after the sale! I was living out of state and had just finalized my divorce. She was very mindful of what I was going through and how far away I was living. She made sure that I was looped in and could participate by phone and internet. And after I moved, she has helped me with where to find resources locally. This was our first home purchase. We have three kids and our third baby was due one week after our proposed closing date. So we were very anxious to get into our new home. Julie stayed on top of everything often times working overtime just to stay ahead of the game. Way beyond what we expected in an agent. This was such a great experience for us to remember always.
