Julie helped my brother and I sell our father's home after he passed. She helped us through this difficult time. She's not afraid to get in there and do things just because they need to be done. She delivered parts to the service man, arranged for pool inspection, etc. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Julie was so helpful and knowledgeable while helping us both buy and sell a home simultaneously. It was a tricky situation and probably frustrating on her end (not our doing) but she never showed her frustration to us. She also helped my in laws purchase a home after they lost theirs in the Camp Fire. It was a very tough time for them and she helped them navigate yet another tricky purchase. Julie was excellent to work with. I am not the easiest person to work with, I’m demanding, impatient, often grumpy and those are my positive traits! ;-} Juli was a pleasure, she was very patient, helpful and hard working to the end. I was in a hurry to get out of the house. She got my house listed quickly and it sold in two weeks! I highly recommend Julie if anyone is in need of a realtor.
