Julie and her husband Paul were both fantastic to work with. They helped us with our move from Utah to Michigan and were very patient with our needs as we tried to find the perfect home in short trips to MI. I highly recommend them to anyone! Especially if you are moving to MI from another state.
After I had moved from Waterford, MI, to North Carolina, Julie worked with my daughter to sell my home. Many issues had to be dealt with to get the old house ready for sale. She and my daughter worked together seamlessly to accomplish that very quickly. Her experience and professionalism were pivotal to accomplishing that and reaching an acceptable selling price.

I kept Julie’s number when I was 100 percent ready. I called Julie, she actually kept my number in her phone. Julie jumped in and started helping me look for my first home. I also had the experience of meeting her husband Paul who was also eager to help. I highly recommend this team if you’re looking to purchase a home.

Paul and Julie Lichtenberg were true professionals. From the first meeting they were well prepared bringing market information that was relative to the sale of my home. Often they took care of little things like meeting the clients and their realtor at my house even after the sale because I was out of town. The entire selling process was easy with them.
