Starting with talking us through a good time to get on the market and coordinating with stagers, photographers, attorneys. She also worked with us to development the range of values that then worked to set initial asking point. I am completely confident in her and her work. Time and again, her advice and guidance proved to be correct and set us on a better path toward selling the home, from how to fix up and furnish the home, to how to deal with various buyers/agents.
