We first met Julie on a Sunday that she was planning to celebrate her kid's bday. We went to one house and she could tell we did not like it at all and pointed some things out in the house that wasn't in the best condition. Instead of 'okay, see ya later' we got 'what about that other house you were thinking about?' And she took us to the second and spent as much time as we wanted there without a rush to go. We ended up deciding at the time, we weren't quite ready to move, due to things not being done at our then current home. She waited until we told her we were ready (couple months) to help us find a few homes we might be interested in. We looked at a few, but she had one she wanted us to have that we didn't quite have access to yet. When we did get access, we fell in love with it and then the pandemic started and everyone got laid off. Kind of hard to purchase a home without a job, right? Julie had to wait with us another few months while everyone got their jobs back. She was so patient and always so kind every time we talked. She answered all of our questions and was excited for us when we finally were able to purchase our new home! It was honestly too good to be true after all the troubles we went through, but Julie was there for us even as we were moving in and after when we had more questions! Highly would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent! She's the best 😄
