Julie is excellent! She helped a lot while I was hunting for a house. She knows what to look for in a house and explain everything explicitly. She is also a quick responder. Whenever I had a question or concern about the house, she would contact the seller's realtor and get back to me in a short time. And she focuses on details that matter. She examined the closing disclosure and found out the title company charges an extra that we don't need to pay. All in all, if you're looking for a great realtor, Julie is the right person!
