We have worked with many realtors in the past and Julie has been by far the best. She really went above and beyond throughout the whole process, giving us detailed and specific knowledge regarding short vs. long term rentals, expected rental incomes, pros and cons of different neighborhoods, and more. Julie was also really honest when recommending home purchases, even if that meant dissuading us from higher-priced homes. She was also exceptional at negotiating during the pre-closing process. After we bought the house, she was extremely helpful with recommendations for people to work on plumbing, electricity, renovations, and cleaning. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Julie!!!
