Julie was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. I would consider her to be an expert in the entire process that goes along with selling a home. Everything from pricing appropriately because of her local knowledge and experience selling homes in the area to staging a home so that it shows well. She's also an expert in the closing process with various types of loan applications and helped me tremendously seeing the sale of my home to the finish line. Granted we are currently in a sellers market, I would definitely recommend her in the future.

I wanted a townhouse in Naperville after deciding to leave my four-bedroom Colonial after my wife passed away from cancer three years ago. I spotted on on Zillow and, having had a great experience with Julie selling my late in-laws' house, called and asked her to take a look. We agreed that because the townhouse was built in the '80s and never renovated, it would take major money and work on my part to rebuilt it to what I wanted. I like that kind of approach--making a place MINE, not buying someone else's vision of what my place should look like--so we agreed that we had to knock down the price of the townhouse to make it worthwhile for the cost of my upgrades. We did that, got an astoundingly good deal, I am now renovating. She is very responsive to my needs, returns calls and text business-promptly, and has a list of trusted contractors I've used in all three houses I've listed with her. Because of that trust, she is now selling the house from which I am moving into the townhouse. Based on my experiences with three separate homes, I highly recommend her. I am easy to work with but as a longtime newspaper editor, naturally skeptical of anybody's stated abilities until proven otherwise. She proved she's earned the title of a master Realtor.
