We literally can not recommend Julie and her AMAZING service enough. She was fantastic through the entire process. Every question or concern we had she was able to answer and take care of. She actually showed up to help with a construction project we needed to complete. Talk about service!!! She is very knowledgeable and we trusted her completely. She did what she said she was going to do and got us much more money than we thought we might get. We want to shout from the roof tops that if you need an agent it should be her!!!

Let me cut to the chase, Julie Juliano is the best realtor my wife and I have ever met! We have bought several homes over the years and dealing with realtors was always the same - they never listened! We wanted a ranch style home and they sent us 2 story homes, etc. Frankly, we really did not like realtors because of our past interactions with them. We met Julie Juliano while looking for a home in Auburn- she was representing the seller. Though that home didn't make the cut, we both really liked Julie and her attention to detail. We told her what we were looking for and she was on it. One day, Julie called while she was at the airport with a lead on a property just hitting MLS. We saw it that day and submitted our offer the next day and it was accepted thanks in large part to Julie's negotiating skills. We feel this was a perfect place for us and fit all of our criteria exactly. Julie's representation was 100% regarding all of the details of this purchase. She walked the property with us and the seller to identify the boundaries, explained the propane and septic systems, even the various trees and plants on the lot. We also sold a home in the Bay Area and though Julie was not representing us on that sale, she offered her advise which we took and did very well on that sale. Julie is a complete professional and just a great person. We consider her a new friend and she is always welcome in our home.Julie knows the Auburn area and provided us with her list of referrals for various services we would need as we were new to the area, having come from the Bay Area.
