I really regret having to write this review, but I feel strongly that I need to share our experience. I connected with Julie because she was the listing agent for a piece of property we were interested in. The lot didn’t fit our needs, so we asked if she would be interested in being our agent as we looked at other lots. We weren’t looking to spend a lot of money and we probably weren’t the most ideal clients because we had a lot of questions, but after a few lots, Julie completely ghosted us. We tried multiple times to get in contact with her and it was complete radio silence. So we went with another agency and had a great experience. We wound up changing course and sold our home to build new. We wound up doing almost $1.5 million in total transactions between the sale and purchase. This just goes to show why you need to treat all clients equal regardless of money. Our new agency treated us with Royalty when we were needy and spending a small amount of money, and that’s why they deserved our business when we decided to spend more. Now, if we’re being fair, Julie was very polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. She was quick to respond (before ghosting us) and she had some great property listed, so I rated her appropriately in those categories. But beware if you aren’t a big dollar client, because she’ll ignore you for her other clients.
