Julie is a very well-prepared professional with very high standards and expectations of herself. She is considerate of all parties involved in the sale and she was truly working on my behalf as the seller. She had a complete net sheet at our first meeting and then adjusted when she saw my home. She did all the work and did not expect me to find my own needed information - such as taxes to bring current. Her photographer is excellent and she was there for EVERY activity involving my sale. Julie helped us find the perfect home for my father. She went above and beyond to coordinate the sale of his house in another town with the purchase of his new home locally. She always returned calls, text and emails promptly. She even used her knowledge to assist when the agent for our sale didn't respond. She was our buyers agent locally and worked hard to ensure everything went off without a hitch. We closed on the sale of one home and then closed on our purchase in two consecutive days. Impressive.
