That’s insane to me, because most of the agents out there aren’t great at their jobs, and you need someone to navigate all the craziness for you. I’ve bought two homes with Julie, one in a buyers market and one in a sellers market, and she was instrumental in making the deals happen in both cases. The sellers agents for both sales did a poor job, but Julie navigated it with patience and skill. She corrected their errors and prevented the deals from falling through. She was also great at explaining every step of the process to me and my wife, and was available whenever we needed her.
