Julie Howe

I cannot say enough good about Julie. My wife and I being first time home buyers had very limited knowledge and understanding of the buying process. Julie was very patient and knowledgeable and could explain everything so we knew what we were doing and we understood why. That is very important to me, I always need to understand the why behind something before I do it. Julie was also very responsive and always had an energetic ready to go attitude. She always sounded like she was happy to help and explain everything to us no matter how many times we called her. A few days after closing we were hit hard by the derecho storm and were left without power for several days. But Julie went the extra mile to come out and check on us and see how we were holding up. She even put us in contact with somewhere we could obtain a generator. If that is not going the extra mile then I don't know what is. Later on she reached out again just to see how things were going and how we were settling in. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy a home. I will defiantly be reaching out to her again one day when we are ready to sell our house and upgrade later down the road.
