Julie was extremely knowledgable and helpful. It was a long process and she was very patient with us. Our property is a ranchette that has some unusual features. In addition to the "normal" process of purchasing property she did a lot of research in water rights, plot plan information on adjacent properties and general gathering of related information that was very useful in understanding in detail what we were buying. At our request she also provided us with contact information for various contractors whose work she was confident of. The bottom line is that she invested a lot of additional time so that we had a very clear understanding about our purchase. She was always very positive, and a joy to work with. Julie Hess knows how to sell a house! Her advertising online, with other realtors, and with an excellent yard sign is amazing. She makes sure that the house is ready for sale with her recommendations and a stager. The open houses were very effective and the follow-up with anyone who considers buying the house is excellent.
