Julie was very knowledgeable and prepared before a viewing with numbers, paperwork, etc. All our questions were able to be answered. If for some reason she could not answer on spot, she researched and let us know very quickly. Sometimes as soon as it would take us to drive home! She’s very fast. Julie also has flexible scheduling and was always available by text. It’s so convenient to be able to shoot a quick question/update via text and not have to call. However, Julie also was not shy about having in depth conversations via telephone and creating a game plan. No conversation felt rushed and the phone call was always filled with optimism. My most favorite quality of Julie was that I felt comfortable with her. I felt safe to ask anything that came to mind, no question being stupid. As a first time buyer I’ll be honest that I had no idea what was going on. Julie was there for me, beginning to end which is just another reason that I will be using her in future purchases and recommending her to all from here on out. Thank you Julie!
