She was excellent at selecting, contracting, and managing workers for necessary work, conferred and implemented my directions and budget while I was attending to a failing husband, helped me with all the "paper work" each step of the way, smoothed the way with a difficult buyer, and in general was an excellent professional. It has led to a continuing friendship.
