Julie is a great realtor!! Very responsive to both texts and emails. I am not the easiest person to deal with, and she was very patient with me and always had the utmost professionalism! I used Julie to buy a new 2,500 sf home and she helped negotiate additional features into the sale, as well as gave good input into the price we should offer. We then used her to sell my existing 1,650 sf house. The photographer she used for the pictures was spectacular!!! Really captured all of the special upgrades we did to the house and presented it soooo well!! Due to her photographer and pricing the house correctly (we received the top end of the price range), we were able to get 2 offers on the first day we listed, one for full price and 1 at $2,000 over full price. I will definitely use Julie again.
