I am a first time home buyer and I did'nt have a clue of what to do or where to start. My wife and I just stumbled across Julie from this sight. We saw a house that we wanted to look at and thank the lord Julie was the one to show us. Julie opened our eyes to a larger market with more possabilities. She is licensed to show any home in Pa. and she showed us everything we wanted to see within a day or two of us inquiring. She knows so much and explains it so well. Any time we had a question Julie was there to answer. She returned our calls quickly and she worked vigirously to make a deal on two homes. The first one we walked away from because we found our little gem while waiting for a response from the not so good realtor that was trying to sell the first one. I wish I could express how much we love Jullie and the work she did for us but theres really no words to properly convey what I want to say, so try her for your self, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED, I promise.

Julie helped us purchase our first house. I was unsure in regards to what I should be looking for in a realtor, and found great reviews of Julie online. I will guarantee that she has been nothing but fantastic in our endeavors. Not only was she available for any request that we had, but she was able to negotiate during closing to give us the best possible experience. It amazed me with how truthful and down to earth she was during the search. I would recommend Julie to anyone who wants to find not only a good deal but a home they can feel confident buying. Julie is the ultimate real estate professional. We found a farm house we wanted in the 170's. Julie facilitated my traveling from Georgia and seeing the house we have now bought.
