Such a nice and helpful person and very prompt. We really liked Julie and would recommend her to anyone. Especially helpful with computer documents as we do not know much about this area. Julie was our agent. This property was listed by someone else, but we went through Julie in order to buy it.

Julie Hall assisted my husband and I in purchasing a property in the Fort Myers market. Since the property was in Ft Myers and we in another part of Florida, we really relied on Julie because we knew we would be buying site unseen. There were more than a few surprises after closing, but a thorough inspection would have exposed most of those issues. Julie was very good at sending us prospective properties and responded very quickly when we asked her to present an offer. I would use Julie again for a Fort Myers purchase.
