All contacted me back but as soon as they found out I was an out of state buyer 3 stopped communications except Julie. She asked me to contact her when we were able to visit KY. When that showing did not work out, she - on the fly - found several homes for us to see from London all the way up to Winchester; about 6 properties in one day! As I continued to bring homes to her I was interested in, I could not get the property viewed and an offer made before it was sold out from under me. The market was so competitive that I told her it was not a good time to buy. Her response was genuine and up front on market trends at that time so I told her I would get back to her when we were ready to proceed. So I backed out of looking actively. I contacted her about 5 weeks later with another home I was interested in. She treated me as if I never backed out and we started again with her exhibiting excellent professionalism and outstanding service. I had started out looking for a home on acreage, but to make a long story short, I changed the criteria 5 times. She made suggestions and pulled S.D.'s on many, many properties until I found one that fit. On March 17th we closed on a property that was near close to perfect. Had it not been for her quick reactions and expedient service we would have missed that property. I have never met a realtor that works as hard as Julie. She was always available, with prompt professional responses, and a high level of expertise. I truly believe had it not been for her service I may have never been able to close on this great property.

I want to begin by saying our experience was not typical for a first-time home buyer. Without diving into a negative void, I will summarize. We had a loan officer in the beginning that completely dropped the ball and left us in the dark. That being said, if not for Julie's knowledge, experience and compassion, we would not have our beautiful home today. She stepped up and guided us through to the end. Julie went above and beyond our expectations. She listened to our wants and needs for our ideal home and delivered, staying within our budget. Thank you, Julie Hacker, you are the best! I met Ms. Julie on a whim; her client had prematurely placed her 'For Sale' sign in from of a townhouse that I was interested in so I called her to get information on it. She was on vacation but set it up for another realtor to allow me to see the property in less than 24 hours! Long story short, she ended up representing both myself and her seller and it was a flawless transaction! She got his house sold before it technically went on sale! Talk about fast! Lol. I didn't feel like she was taking sides, as she always had a neutral stance, but protected and worked in both of our best interests. She is sooo sweet, honest, down to earth and straight forward!
