Julie Glandt

Julie was very professional and went above and beyond to be sure I was well informed and did not pay more for the home than it was worth. She was always available to answer whatever questions I had.

We worked with Julie from August 2016 until passing papers on December 29, 2016. She has tons of energy, willing to begin her day as early as 8 and sometimes work into the evening. We must have looked at over 70 houses in many counties, getting closer and closer to our ideal home as she learned what worked for both of us, what didn't, and what was most important for us both. I know we tried her patience, but she remained professional, and patient, throughout the lengthy process. I am everlastingly grateful for Julie, and I cannot imagine working with anyone else, should I ever need another realtor in North Carolina.
