We just purchased a town home through Julie, and she was amazing through the whole process. She was very thorough with the inspection and was awesome in helping negotiate items and costs into the contract. She was also extremely helpful in educating us on the process and what to expect, which we needed as first time home buyers. She was great at coordinating everything with the many parties involved which took a lot of stress off of us. You could tell she was genuinely passionate about helping us find our new place to call home. Thank you Julie!
