Julie was able to sell our home rapidly at premium dollar with-in her own internal network of other agents she works closely with. We technically never hit the market while not having to deal with open houses and non- stop scheduling of walk throughs. I worked from home and my kids were being home schooled at the time. There was just no way for us to just get up and leave for a showing. This was our first time selling a home and I was not very familiar with all of the processes and expectations which created a lot of stress for me. She took here time to offer me proper coaching, education, and mentorship to push through all of the action items and few minor obstacles. Julie has a key personable skill set to help you calm down and get it together. Overall she is very responsive, professional, & caring to her clients.
