That small town had transformed significantly over the past decade with new restaurants, a bustling farmer's market, and a great deal of organized community activities! We decided to make Erie, Colorado, our forever home.
During my free time, I love biking, spending quality time with my family and dogs, and exploring our state's natural beauty. I also enjoy staying local, grabbing a delicious pizza at Erie's own Echo Brewery, and topping it off with a scoop of homemade ice cream at Sweets!
