After my experience I know selling on my own would have been a big mistake and I am very happy with my decision to work with Julie. Her knowledge and professionalism were impressive throughout the entire process and I believe we ultimately received the maximum value from our home as a direct result of working with her. Julie is incredibly thorough and attentive. Her response time is typically within minutes and otherwise within an hour. Her knowledge of the market helped me price my home correctly and sell quickly.
