When my partner and I started looking for our first home together over two years ago, we met Julie at an open house. Even amongst the chaos and competition that day, she took the time to give me great, solid advice for a first-time buyer in this overwhelming Bay Area real estate market. Although the timing wasn’t right back then, Julie stayed in touch, and we reconnected this summer to resume our search. Julie is everything you would want in a real estate agent: reliable, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The traits that Julie possesses that you might not find in every realtor is her tenaciousness, kindness, steadfast work ethic, and integrity. Her character is admirable, but her heart is what makes her so great at her job. She was compassionate towards our situation and interested in our jobs, families, and lives. Julie was referred to us by another agent when we were looking for someone to sell a BMR unit in the bay area. Since we were no longer in the area, we really needed her to navigate the complicated mess of selling this type of property--from marketing, to making sure the city's requirements were met, dealing with a non-communicative HOA and sifting through potential buyers to make sure they qualify for this type of property. There were many obstacles, and this was definitely not an easy task, especially during a pandemic! Julie definitely came through for us. With each issue that came up along the way, she was always effective in moving things along and getting things taken care of. Definitely will be recommending her to friends in the area.

Julie recently sold our home in San Leandro and did an AMAZING job! She was personable, professional and respectful at all times. We were selling from out of state, so we had to trust that she understood the area market and that she understood what 'upgrades' would make the biggest impact to get us the best possible price. We hadn't lived in the area for almost 10 years, so Julie's contractor contacts were invaluable. After just 2 weeks of open houses, there were multiple offers! She walked us through the counter offer process and were able to sell for well over our initial asking price! Her communication throughout the process was top notch! We highly recommend Julie!

We knew Julie was going to be our realtor the day we met her. She made an amazing first impression. Her breadth and depth of experience was pouring out of her. On top of that her fun loving personality was the icing on the cake. My fiancé and I were looking for a duplex in east bay. Our plan was to be owner occupied, live in one unit and rent out the other. Julie did an amazing job pointing us to neighborhoods we would love (we originally lived in SF). She was meticulous when putting our offer together. No document was left out and every page was initialed/signed. This set us apart from others. With her fierce negotiating skills, we were able to save on closing costs for our new home, a duplex in Hayward. Our only pain point was her timeliness for the first couple open houses we attended, but it was not a persistent issue. Overall we would highly recommend her, we look forward to working with her again for our next home purchase.
