It's difficult to find someone as knowledgeable, patient, responsive and thorough as Julie. Julie helped my wife and I buy our first house, she took us to countless properties to look at, and we never felt pressured by her to close on a property we weren't sure about. Instead, Julie would give us her honest opinion and give us the space to make a rational decision. When we decided to sell and buy, we knew immediately whom to call. The second time around, Julie managed to get us a higher than asking price for the property we sold, and helped us get through a difficult process while buying our next house. I had the pleasure of working with Julie over this past year while looking for my first home.
