Top notch job on our property sale

After wasting our time trying to sell our property ourselves dealing with a number of ”we buy your land for cash” companies we decided to use a realtor instead and were given Julie’s name by a friend. She contacted us back discussed asking price for our Palm Coast lot all the while taking our personal input into consideration. Once we agreed on a price she quickly proceeded with the paperwork and had it listed in no time. As offers came in she once again offered her opinion but also listened to ours. Eventually the right offer came in and we accepted. Once again Julie quickly took care of all the next steps helping us understand the process and waiting periods.
