Julie Colyer

My girlfriend and I decided to search for a strong Real Estate broker since we needed somebody both to sell our current apartment and buy the new one. We wanted somebody expert, to help and guide us through all phases of the sell & buy journey. So I started a search: I work in HR, so I started a true recruitment process! I selected several candidates and after many interviews, I decided to work with Julie: I was very much impressed by her presentation, and by her use of data to support reasons. I can tell you today that I am very happy with my choice. Julie is expert and knowledgeable. Also, I love that she has a strong point of view, this is the real value for me, and she pushes you the right amount (never too much). We did not always agree on things, but from the conversation, we were always able to find the best solution. Thanks to her, we created the best staging for our place and we sold it right before the pandemic at the target price (she was very helpful to define the pricing too). Only COVID-19 stopped our buy, but we will fix it soon. She is always available (she does not send associates, you work directly with her!), highly reliable, and she has a lot of contacts: contractors, lawyers, etc...
