Julie was super responsive! I loved that I could text her and she would get back to me as soon as she had the availability. She would even ask to call if something took more discussion details. She loved sharing anecdotes with me and my family as we toured almost the entire town! She was sincere and caring about me and my life as well which made it feel like I was touring homes with a friend. She had no fear in negotiating the hard stuff with you and for you! And committing to what looked best for your interest. She was honest with what I was proposing and gave great insight when putting in offers. She is above and beyond!

Sometimes when we wanted things broken down into layman’s terms she would just regurgitate what was on the documentation which didn’t really help us.
