I'm writing this review regarding the sale of my Mom's house. My 89 year old mother lost her 87 year old husband to Covid on 12/30/2020. Mom has had 4 strokes and is now unable to care for herself. My sister and her husband live near by but they are having health issues of their own. I live in N.C. and don't know a lot about the Fl real estate market. My family and I traveled down to Fl in late January to see about getting Mom's house listed and to find out what all we needed to do to get it ready to sell as we were moving my Mom to a nursing home near us. It was a very emotional time for all of us. When we arrived I started checking the internet to see if there were any familiar realtor company's in the area. I found several that I wanted to call and the first one was Coldwell Banker. I somehow ended up with Julie's voice mail. I decided not to leave a message, got busy doing something for Mom and about an hour or so later I got a return call from Julie. She sounded like she knew the area and so I decided to meet with her and see what she had to say. She came by the house right away. We talked for a while and she told us what she thought the house would sell for, which sounded inline with what I had seen for sale in the area so we decided to sign a sales contract with her. I never got around to calling any of the other realtors. She had three offers on the house in the first week and advised us as to which offer to take. Julie stayed in touch via text, email, phone and in person during the whole process. Several things came up which I didn't have a clue about how to deal with in Fl. She knew who to call and how to get people on site the same day. The house was listed on 1/26/2021 and the closing ( It was a cash deal ) was on 3/5/2021. It would have closed on 03/01/2021 but an open permit issue came up at the last minute which Julie took care of and I didn't even have to get involved. Julie is a considerate, kind, knowledgeable and a down to earth kind of person.

We decided to sell our rental house . It was an older house and had some issues. Julie walked us through the problem solving and the house sold quickly. She never gave up even when we had some doubts that the house would sell. The description and marketing aspect were exceptional. I would recommend Julie and Caldwell Banker to anyone selling their home.
