The entire process was top rate service. From the beginning ms chavez

Marketing was well planned and throughly explained. Ms. Chavez was very professional in customer service she took the time to explain the process, from sales to signing of all necessary documents. Grateful for the thoughtful and professional Agent

Julie Chavez's efforts to sell our home in Ventura County and then purchase a home in San Bernardino County within a short time frame commanded her to draw on her clearly extensive experience: 1} the tenants at Ventura Co home had been residents for 18 years and we needed specific direction on the drafting of the eviction notice and conditions imposed by the pandemic Covid-19 for landlords related to renters 2) the Ventura Co home was sold as is and the bargaining with prospective institutional buyers to optimize our favorable outcome seemed to call on Julie to exercise shrewd tactics---very grateful 3) the purchase of a suitable home in Apple Valley required Julie understand and appreciate the needs of our elderly family---low maintenance property , safe neighborhood with family homeowners (not renters for neighbors), close proximity to retail stores---many weekends and days to achieve our wishes, but Julie did! 4) the purchased home required septic service updating post the closing of escrow---Julie insisted with the seller on monetary conditions until the update was completed...Julie, in my view, exceeded what I thought was a reasonable expectation---many other conversations such as taking my own survey the neighborhood before purchasing and taking notice on weekdays and weekends of types of vehicles (cars or trucks in good working condition) , ages of children (parents more careful about younger children might mean better neighbors--turned out true!!}...all of the above, taken together, demonstrated Julie Chavez's extensive professional experience and left myself and my family very grateful for having had Julie Chavez as our agent!🖐😊😊

Wonderful Stress free agent

It was such a pleasure to work with Julie Chavez. She is amazing. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, she made you feel as if she was helping her own family member. Every document that needed to be signed she would thoroughly go through line by line to make sure you understood everything. She went above and beyond. Her guidance was much appreciated. I couldn’t of asked for a better agent.
