Julie was wonderful: Knowledgeable, personable, attentive, patient, and tireless. She was instrumental in completing a very complicated home purchase with code violations and termite damage discovered at the last minute. We were out of state buyers and tempted to walk away, but Julie was somehow able--over the Christmas holidays no less--to arrange for qualified contractors to view the property and provide estimates for repair/remediation. This usually involved her being present during the numerous contractor visits required. Her advice during price negotiations was always sound and Julie was an absolute pleasure to do business with.
