There’s no job too hard for Julie! She sold a vacant lot that only had a dock on the back. She negotiated with a grumpy neighbor, a lot that was almost impossible to walk through to get to the dock and many years of it being on the market because my price was high as I wasn’t pushed to sell. She took care of everything with ease and sold my lot without me ever having to drive over there as it was a few hours from my home. I can’t say enough about Julie!
