Never Expected to Have an Inside Joke with a Realtor

We first met Julie when we were touring what would eventually become our new home. She gave us the initial walkthrough, and somewhere along the way she cracked a joke that will probably remain an inside joke for years to come. As small as that moment was, it immediately showed me the type of person we were dealing with: someone who could read the room, meet you at your level, and make what can be an incredibly stressful process feel a little more human. As a first-time homeowner, there were plenty of moments throughout the process where I didn't know exactly what to expect or what questions I should even be asking. There were also a few hurdles along the way that made the journey a little more interesting than we probably would have preferred. Through all of it, Julie was patient, straightforward, responsive, and willing to work through things with us rather than simply pushing us through the process. Most importantly, Julie told us she was going to do everything she could to help us get into this house; and she kept that promise. Not only are we now homeowners, but she managed to help us get the house we wanted for below asking price. Buying your first home is one of those experiences where you really don't know what you're getting yourself into until you're already in the middle of it, and having someone in your corner who you can trust makes a huge difference. Julie gave us that from the very first tour all the way through getting the keys. We're incredibly thankful for everything she did to help us get here, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, personable, honest, and genuinely willing to work with you throughout the entire process.
